All trainee's whom complete the 120-hour course will be offered a good position to teach in Thailand(job description, payments etc. is shown below on this page).
There are no fine print excuses, Simply, if we or you cannot find a job (within the time frame showed below),your TEFL 120-hour course fee will be refunded in full.** (see below)
If we have accepted your payment we have also accepted the obligation to place you in a position with a salary not less than that shown below on this page.**(see below)

Not all applicants will be immediately successful in their job search in Thailand.

Timing-The need for teachers varies depending on the time of year a teacher applies for a position. Your chances of success will be greater if you arrive before a semester starts.
Nationality-Thailand has a lot of South-East Asian English teachers applying for jobs compared to native English speakers.
Qualifications-There will be many more job opportunities if you hold a Bachelor’s Degree than if you don't.
Looks-There are issues regarding age, sex, nationality, qualifications, ethnic background, behaviour and appearance all over the world, as well as in Thailand.

Guarantee:
Most of the students will be offered a position within 7 days after joining the course
We will have you working from between 1 day to 6 weeks after course competition.
You are of course welcome to find a job on your own if you wish to do so.
Minimum Salary for a Native English speaker/European English teacher is 27.000 plus accommodation 0R 30.000 without accommodation (most will be at 35-40.000)
Minimum Salary for South East Asians/African English teachers 15.000/month(most will be at 20-33.000)
If we fail (and we will not) in any of our promises you are guaranteed a total refund of the course fee
Your commitment
1. Complete the 120-Hour course
2. Be available for interviews (see below)*
3. Pass the practical exam with grade B up (see below)**
4. To attend the course you do not need to possess a degree, but for us to be able to handle a work permit and be able to offer you a teaching position you need some qualifications

* You have to (of course) be available and attend any formal presentation/interview for those positions which we set up for you. You are of course free to say no to a position we set up for you and seek another position within or outside our company doors but then the job guarantee/refund will be voided.
** Graduation
At the End of the fourth week all student will be evaluated by a Thai teacher in a local school (not our TEFL trainer).
He or she will give his,her opinion based on your overall performance teaching at his/ her school. A teaching demo.
The graduation scale
A+=Excellent
A = Very good
B+= Good
B = OK
C = Not Complete-Needs additional training, not ready yet
Grade C students will be offered more PELT training and part time jobs as a paid training (when available).
The C grade students and the TEFL trainer will set up a new training schedule until the students feel he or she is ready for a new trial at a school.
Grade B,B+,A and A+ students has pass the exam and will be placed as the schedule.
